Old deal: Loft insulation 100mm £0.46 150mm £0.79 a total of £1.25 for every square meter.
New deal: Same price as old deal but now DELIVERED AND FITTED.
And totally free if you are in receipt of qualifying benefits and also over 70 years of age.
This insulation deal is subject to availability.
If your property is above average size extra charge for insulation measures may be incorporated. Advice on average size property may be found on average size table bellow, alternatively ask on application with one of our carbon reduction representatives. Extra measures will be charged at £4.35 for every square meter above average size measures.
VAT will be charged at 5% for insulation measures.
Once a surveyor approves your property, an approved installer will contact you to arrange your insulation installment. Installments will take place in 3-5 weeks of initial enquiry. The work takes 1-2 hours depending on your loft area.
Please note:
1. Before the installer can lay insulation, you'll need to clear your loft area and leave it UN Boarded, Access to the loft area may be difficult, and in which case remedial work will be carried out. If this incurs additional costs, these will be quoted at survey stage.
2. The contractor will also make sure that your loft hatch and water tank and pipes with in the loft area are also adequately insulated, there are no added costs incurred for this service.
3. Your roof and loft area must be of good sound condition, the surveyor will inform you of any defect he may have found and discuss any remedial work that may have to be taken prior to insulation measure is installed.

All payments will be made payable to contractor on completion of measures.
Your loft insulation must be bellow 60mm.
If your loft insulation is above 60mm an additional charge of £1.00 will be charged for every square meter laid. Insulation measures will be fitted to a minimum of 250mm.
